Driveways should be at least 3 metres wide to allow our truck to deliver and pick up your bin. Ensure the driveway is clear of obstructions for smooth operation.
We deliver Monday to Sunday, from 6am to 7pm, giving you the flexibility you need.

3m3 General Weight Limit (450kg)
6m3 General Weight Limit (800 kg)
9m3 General Weight Limit (1,000 kg)
Additional charges may apply for exceeding these limits.
For safety and accessibility, please leave the bin in its designated drop-off spot.
No, as long as you provide clear delivery instructions when booking, our driver will handle the rest.
Not to worry. If you underestimate your waste, you can keep your skip bin for longer with a small fee above the standard 5-day hire period. We can collect, empty, and replace your bin as needed.
Refer to our website for the dimensions and weight limits of each bin size. As a guide, a 3m3 bin is equivalent to 12 wheelie bins or 3 standard trailers.
A cubic metre measures 1 metre in height, depth, and width.
Yes – you can extend your bin hire period, just get in touch with the SPT team ideally 24 hours before the original pick-up time.
Our standard hire period is 5 days. However, you can hire for longer with a daily surcharge for each day beyond the initial four days.
Payment is made at the time of booking on our website via credit card, or we can offer a WINZ Quote. Additional charges for excess tipping fees or prohibited items will incur a surcharge.
For safe transportation, your bin should not be filled beyond the top of its sides. Any excess waste will need to be removed.
For the sake of our environment, the following items cannot be disposed of in our bins: Tyres, Batteries, Paint and Paint tins, Gas Bottles, Asbestos, Medical Waste, Hazardous or Toxic Material, Solvents, Liquids, Oil, petrol, or diesel. IMPORTANT: Discovery of any of these items in your bin will result in a surcharge. To avoid this, please review the prohibited items when booking on our website or call us if you're unsure.
SPT Skip Bins are perfect for disposing of: GREEN WASTE - That includes grass, leaves, garden cuttings, and branches. GENERAL WASTE - Household or commercial waste, furniture, doors. HARDFILL/CLEAN FILL - Soil, bricks, clay, ceramic tiles, rocks, and stones smaller than 150mm in width with no steel.
